(life...)

Sometimes, I don't understand. And I never will.

Love is all around you now so take a hold
Hidden in our words it sometimes ain't enough
Don't suffocate day after day, it's building up
'Cause when you're feeling weak you know I'm strong enough

Wow! It took me a while to remember my password here! I keep telling myself to blog on Xanga, but I seem to be sucked into the world of Facebook and Blogspot! So if you wanna keep up with me...

Funny how life changes in a years time. I clicked back to 2007. I was still working in the Emergency Room, trying to balance life, love and the never ending pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee.Life has changed in drastic measures. I moved away, got my own duplex, and started a relationship with the love of my life, Josh...life is good. Very good. Oh it's filled with hardships, with tears, but joy too. The deep joy that seams to carry you through the day, reminding you of the one who has your life in His hands.

But today, as I click on the links and remember, I keep going back to Indiania. The crisp, cool, fall weather. The 'artsy' feeling of the town. The fear of living so far from home, under such extreme circumstances. Occasionally, I wonder who that girl was the boarded the plane to the windy city of Indy...what did I learn there, and how did it shape who I am today. And I remember.

She's still that same girl. Just needs You to hold her, remind her why she's here, and never let her go.

Thanks to Facebook, I forgot about this. Does anyone still use Xanga?

So the weekend before last, I spent several days in Missouri for a friends wedding. I got to hang out with the girls for the Bachelorette party...which meant a fun dinner at a downtown Restaurant in St. Louis, and getting a French Manicure (man, does that make a girl feel pretty!). Spent time with friends and family, and was primary photographer for the wedding.

Then this last weekend, I went on a road trip with Ann, to Ft. Smith and Fayetteville. We stayed at the Duggers house (the family with 17 children). That was fun! I even played "Broomball"....Basically hockey, but it's played with brooms.

This week, I'm off to Kansas City, to shoot a wedding for a friend of mine! And Courtney is coming to Arkansas when I get back...

Oh, and did I mention we got around 4 inches of snow? In MARCH? Yeah.

Life never ceases to be busy.
